Authentication bypass in Man Group D-Tale 3.0 through 3.22.0 allows remote attackers to forge authenticated Flask session cookies. The build_secret_key function in dtale/app.py generates a 10-character signing key with NumPy's noncryptographic PRNG, permitting offline recovery from a server-issued cookie. Exploitation requires optional authentication to be active and exposes protected datasets without credentials; the published assessment reports no integrity or availability impact.
