Unauthenticated service interruption via unbounded repeat count

Resource exhaustion in FormFu HTML::FormFu through 2.08 allows remote attackers to interrupt service with a crafted query parameter. The Repeatable process method accepts any positive counter_name value and deep-clones its child subtree that many times without a maximum. An application must expose a Repeatable element with counter_name; a plain unauthenticated GET can then consume CPU and memory until the hosting service becomes unavailable.
