Employee account access via hard-coded onboarding password

Hard-coded credentials in Prospero Flow CRM before 5.15.9 allow remote attackers to authenticate as employees via the standard onboarding flow. EmployeeSaveController hashes the literal fallback password "changeme" when the form omits a password field, assigning it to every new employee. No prior access is required; knowledge of an onboarded employee's email address grants that employee's CRM permissions, without reported administrative access.
