Customer data disclosure via unmapped search route
Published Aug 14, 2026 · Updated Aug 14, 2026
Improper access control in Webkul Bagisto 2.4.0 through 2.4.4 allows remote authenticated users to read customer records via admin search. The admin.customers.customers.search route lacks an ACL mapping, and its controller serializes raw query results without an authorization check or a field allowlist. Any signed-in backend user, including a role without Customers permission, can enumerate names, email addresses, internal IDs, status data, and verification tokens.
