Published Aug 14, 2026 · Updated Aug 14, 2026
Stored XSS in Lester Chan WP-Stats 2.56 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute injected scripts when affected pages load. The CNA attributes the flaw to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping but does not identify the affected parameter, handler, or render path. No account is required; the script persists in page content and runs in a visitor's browser context, allowing page-level data reads and actions.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
