Unauthorized state changes via unverified modfunc requests

Cross-site request forgery in RosarioSIS 12.0 through 12.8 allows remote attackers to trigger state-changing actions through crafted links. Modules.php accepts the modfunc request parameter without reliably verifying request origin, while sanitized Markdown and HTML can preserve modfunc links. A logged-in user must follow the link for the request to run with that session's permissions; SameSite=Strict cookies block ordinary cross-site delivery but not same-site attacks.
