CVE-2026-19784Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated referral tampering via unscoped record IDs

Published Aug 14, 2026 · Updated Aug 14, 2026

Authorization bypass in François Jacquet RosarioSIS 12.0 through 12.8 allows remote authenticated users to alter or delete referrals. Discipline/Referrals.php passes an attacker-selected referral ID to DBUpdate and DELETE operations without restricting the record to the current school and school year. Access requires an account with permission to edit Discipline Referrals, and successful exploitation modifies or deletes another school's referral record.
