Authenticated SSRF via unchecked source URL fetch

Server-side request forgery in swagger-testcase-mcp allows remote authenticated users to access internal services through crafted source URLs. The loadSource function passes the source string directly to fetch() without destination or network-boundary validation and forwards optional headers. An MCP caller with tool access can read returned JSON or YAML bodies and forward supplied authentication headers to an attacker-controlled endpoint.
