Database read and write via formula SQL injection

SQL injection in Baserow 2.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to read or alter database data through a crafted index() formula. The index() formula function accepts an undocumented fourth argument as a SQL template and interpolates it directly into a PostgreSQL expression during field recalculation. Formula-field creation or modification privileges are required, and injected statements run with the Baserow PostgreSQL role's database permissions.
