Authenticated internal service access via unrestricted CSV URL

Server-side request forgery in Enzo Vezzaro mcp-dominican-layer allows remote authenticated users to access internal URLs. The parse-csv handler validates csvUrl only as a syntactically valid URL, passes it directly to axios.get without destination or network-boundary restrictions, and returns the parsed response. Access to an MCP client capable of invoking the tool is required; reachable internal, loopback, link-local, and metadata services can be read when their responses contain parseable CSV.
