Stored XSS in Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons before 3.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to run script in visitors’ browsers. The plugin inserts an unescaped post title into an inline JavaScript event handler attached to a social sharing button. Contributor-level access, a non-default icon display configuration, and visitor interaction with the affected button are required; successful exploitation executes attacker-controlled script in the visitor’s browser context.
