Member data disclosure via empty consumer secret
Published Aug 19, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026
Improper authentication in WP Swings Membership for WooCommerce before 3.1.2 allows remote attackers to read users' membership plan details. The REST API consumer-secret check compares a request value without first verifying that a stored secret was generated. Exposure requires the plugin API to be enabled where no keys were ever generated; the reported consequence is membership-plan disclosure only.
