Credential theft via unguarded CA path properties

Incorrect authorization in NetworkManager on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 allows local users to steal 802.1X credentials via a rogue access point. The supplicant configuration builder emits user-selected 802-1x.ca-path and phase2-ca-path directories without the private_user guard. Exploitation requires an active local session with settings.modify.own permission and a private WPA-Enterprise profile; remote and inactive SSH sessions cannot reach the path.
