LDAP credential disclosure via cleartext gflag rendering

Credential exposure in YugabyteDB Anywhere allows remote authenticated users to read LDAP bind passwords through its web UI. The configuration view renders LDAP bind passwords embedded in gflag values as cleartext instead of masking the credential. Access to the authenticated configuration view and an LDAP-enabled universe are required; exposure permits reuse of the recovered bind account against its directory service.
