Unauthenticated service crash via imptcp regex framing

Denial of service in rsyslog on Red Hat Enterprise Linux allows remote attackers to crash rsyslogd through a crafted imptcp stream. The imptcp oversize-frame recovery path derives an invalid internal message length from crafted regex-delimited input and terminates the daemon. Exploitation requires the optional module to be loaded, a listener to use non-default framing.delimiter.regex mode, and TCP access; default framing and imtcp are unaffected.
