Authorization bypass in IBM Enterprise Build of Quarkus 3.27.1 through 3.27.5 and 3.33.1 through 3.33.3 allows remote attackers to access resources. In quarkus-spring-web, request binding incorrectly interprets URL query-string parameters as HTTP request headers, allowing attacker-controlled values to influence authorization. The application must use the affected component and header-derived authorization; exploitation requires a crafted network request but no credentials or user interaction.
