CVE-2026-19645Network attack vector

Authenticated service interruption via unbounded LLM requests

Published Sep 4, 2026 · Updated Sep 4, 2026

Resource exhaustion in IBM MQ Agent 1.0.0, 1.0.1, 2.0.0, and 2.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to interrupt the AI Agent service. The AI Agent request path admits arbitrarily large or computationally expensive requests without an effective resource bound, holding LLM workers for seconds to more than ten minutes. A valid session cookie and concurrent requests are required to exhaust the worker pool; the reported consequence is degraded performance or complete AI Agent unavailability.
