Unauthorized access via bare group-name matching

Authorization bypass in Red Hat build of Keycloak allows remote authenticated users to reach protected resources via group claims. Within the authorization-services group policy provider, policy evaluation falls back to comparing bare group names from OIDC token claims instead of full group paths, so identically named groups in different branches collide. Exploitation requires name-only group claims and a path-specific group policy with a same-name collision; the resulting impact is unauthorized access to resources governed by that policy.
