Application crash via wrapped bitmap allocation

Integer overflow in Samsung Open Source rlottie allows remote attackers to crash a consuming application via a crafted Lottie animation. The bitmap allocation path computes stride and buffer size with insufficient-width arithmetic, so oversized dimensions wrap to a smaller allocation before pixel writes. A user must open or otherwise render the malicious animation; the bounded consequence is an application crash or hang, with no published confidentiality or integrity impact.
