CVE-2026-19586Network attack vector

Pre-authentication command execution via OpenVPN input validation

Published Aug 20, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026

OS command injection in TP-Link Omada gateways allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands during OpenVPN connection setup. The OpenVPN Server path insufficiently validates client-supplied connection data before passing it into backend command-execution logic. The feature must be enabled and reachable, and exploitation occurs before authentication, allowing full device compromise.
