Authenticated stored XSS via unsanitized profile name

Stored XSS in Nukegraphic Indonesia NGC CMS 3.1.2 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript through a crafted profile name. The profile editor stores the name parameter without sanitization, and CMS pages render that value as executable markup. Any low-privilege account can plant a payload that runs in other users' browser sessions whenever the affected name appears.
