Service crash via unchecked RPM header type assertion

Reachable assertion in Red Hat Quay and RHACS allows remote authenticated users to crash the Clair indexer through a crafted image. The Claircore RPM header parser applies an unchecked type assertion to attacker-controlled header data in a container layer, and the scanning path does not recover the resulting panic. Exploitation requires permission to submit an image for scanning and interrupts indexing until the affected service is restarted.
