Unauthorized access via shared login result race

Race condition in check.jst in RDK-B WebUI rdkb-2025q4-kirkstone.04.10.26 allows remote attackers to gain unauthorized access via concurrent logins. The login handler stores password-verification results in a shared value that is reused across requests, so one session can receive another session's authentication outcome. Exploitation requires the attacker to race a legitimate administrator's successful login; when timed correctly, the attacker reaches the WebUI without the correct password.
