Authenticated server crash via timeGroup macro injection

Denial of service in Grafana OSS allows remote authenticated users to crash the server through a crafted SQL data source query. The SQL macro parser's regular expression fails to reject a $__timeGroup macro injected through a WHERE clause, and evaluation consumes memory without control. Remote authenticated users need permission to query an MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL data source; the request terminates the process and can be repeated after restart.
