Unauthenticated settings modification via unchecked AJAX handler

Missing authorization in CallbackKiller service widget 1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify the plugin's site ID setting. The cbk_save() handler exposed through the cbk_save_v1 AJAX action writes the supplied site ID without checking a WordPress user capability. No authentication or user interaction is required; the established consequence is limited to unauthorized modification of that plugin configuration value.
