Authenticated stored XSS via unescaped template settings
Published Feb 18, 2026 · Updated Feb 18, 2026
Stored XSS in YayCommerce YayMail 4.3.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through template settings. TemplateController accepts template-element settings without sufficient sanitization, and text and order-detail renderers emit the stored values without context-appropriate escaping. Shop Manager-level access or higher is required, and exposure is limited to multisite installations or installations where unfiltered_html is disabled; visiting a page containing a saved payload executes it in that user's browser.
