Privileged request forgery via site-root referrer trust

CSRF in TYPO3 CMS 13.0.0 through 13.4.33 and 14.0.0 through 14.3.5 allows attackers to invoke privileged endpoints. ReferrerEnforcer compares the Referer URL with the main entry script's directory, now the site root, and misclassifies any same-domain page as a trusted backend or Install Tool origin. Exploitation requires script execution on a TYPO3 domain and an authenticated victim, after which Fetch or XHR requests run with that victim's permissions.
