Missing authentication in ASUS Control Center Express Agent before 1.7.24 allows physically proximate attackers to control the host. The agent's critical host-control function accepts a direct connection without authenticating the connecting party. Exploitation requires an active host login session and adjacent connectivity to the agent, exposing that signed-in host to unauthorized control.
