CVE-2026-19379Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized fname parameter

Published Aug 10, 2026 · Updated Aug 10, 2026

OS command injection in EFM Networks ipTIME AX8004M 15.09.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands through the HTTP interface. The /cgi/d.cgi endpoint passes the attacker-controlled fname value to popen() without validation or shell escaping after accepting a firmware-embedded magic key. No session is required; network access to the management interface permits command execution and arbitrary file reads with the CGI process's privileges.
