Internal service access via unchecked apiUrl

Server-side request forgery in PhialsBasement Kobold MCP Server 1.0.0 allows local users to reach internal HTTP services via apiUrl. BaseConfigSchema accepts the caller-controlled apiUrl string, and makeRequest concatenates endpoint paths before passing the result to fetch without destination validation. An MCP caller with local access can make requests from the server's network position to loopback, private-network, metadata, or attacker-controlled hosts.
