Internal service access via unchecked attachment URL

SSRF in KS-GEN-AI jira-mcp-server 0.2.0 allows local users to access internal services through a crafted attachment URL. The add_attachment_from_public_url handler passes its caller-controlled imageUrl directly to axios.get without checking the scheme, resolved address, redirects, or destination. A caller able to invoke the MCP tool can make the server request loopback, private-network, or metadata endpoints and attach the returned bytes to Jira.
