Authenticated internal-resource access via unchecked URL fetch

Server-side request forgery in NocteDefensor LudusMCP 1.0.24 allows remote authenticated users to read HTTP responses via source. In readConfigContent, an HTTP or HTTPS source is passed directly to fetch(), and the response body is returned without host, address, or redirect checks. Access to the MCP tool and low privileges are required; successful requests can disclose content from loopback or private-network HTTP services.
