Local file read and write via unconfined paths

Path traversal in NocteDefensor LudusMCP 1.0.0 through 1.0.24 allows local users to read and write files via crafted MCP tool paths. resolveConfigPath returns absolute configPath and outputPath values unchanged, then the handler reads or writes those paths without checking containment under the template directory. An MCP client able to invoke insert_creds_range_config gains the server process's filesystem permissions; YAML processing constrains written content.
