CVE-2026-1935Network attack vector

Subscriber-level post data deletion via unchecked reset handler

Published Mar 21, 2026 · Updated Mar 21, 2026

Missing authorization in Company Posts for LinkedIn 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete stored LinkedIn post data. The linkedin_company_post_reset_handler() function is registered for the admin_post_reset_linkedin_company_post action but performs no capability check before removing the plugin's LinkedIn post data from the WordPress options table. Subscriber-level access is sufficient to invoke the handler, allowing stored post data displayed by the affected site to be erased.
