Unauthenticated root command execution via smacfilter_conf parameters

Command injection in Shenzhen Aitemi M300 Wi-Fi Repeater r0-ea7890a allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands via HTTP. The commuos backend inserts unvalidated enable, name, and mac values from the smacfilter_conf request into uci command strings with sprintf, then passes those strings to doSystemCmdComlib. No authentication or user interaction is required, and commands run as root on the repeater, permitting full device compromise.
