Authenticated command execution via unsanitized Name parameter

Command injection in Tenda CH22 Firmware 1.0.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via the web interface. The formCertListInfo handler at /goform/CertListInfo uses the attacker-controlled Name argument in a command context without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Access to the management interface and a low-privileged authenticated session are required; successful exploitation controls the router operating-system context.
