Administrator authentication bypass via unbound SQL query
Published Aug 9, 2026 · Updated Aug 9, 2026
SQL injection in Code Projects Task Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to obtain an administrator session via the login form. The AdminLogin.php handler interpolates untrusted email and password POST values into SELECT conditions, and its helper executes the query without parameter binding. A crafted UNION result supplies an admin_id for the session, so no prior authentication is required to access administrative functions.
