Account takeover via omitted password comparison

Improper authentication in Code Projects Task Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to assume an active user's session. The /index.php user login handler reads a submitted password but queries only for the supplied email address and active status, never comparing the password with user_password. Exploitation requires an active user's known or guessed email address; any password then grants access to that user's profile, tasks, comments, and other authenticated functions.
