Authenticated memory corruption via unchecked EncryptionMode copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in UTT HiPER 1200GW 2.5.3-170306 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to corrupt stack memory. The PPTP configuration handler copies the EncryptionMode form value with strcpy into a fixed stack buffer without checking its length. Access to the authenticated web-management endpoint is required; an oversized value can crash the router, while code execution is not demonstrated.
