Local command execution via shell-interpolated file paths

Command injection in NellyW8 MCP4EDA 1.0.0 allows local users with MCP tool access to execute host commands via crafted tool arguments. The run_openlane and view_waveform handlers interpolate design_name and vcd_file-derived paths into shell strings passed to Node child-process exec without neutralizing quotes or shell syntax. Access to either MCP tool is required, and successful exploitation runs commands with the host privileges of the MCP server process.
