CVE-2026-19327

Local file read and overwrite via session ID

Published Aug 9, 2026 · Updated Aug 9, 2026

Path traversal in abracadabra50 claude-sesh 1.0.0 allows local users to read or overwrite JSON files through a crafted session ID. The getEnrichedData and enrichSession methods pass sessionId into path.join without validating that the resulting path remains under the enrichment directory. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access or control of a local MCP client, and file access remains limited to the claude-sesh process account.
