Unauthenticated code execution via unguarded A2A flow
Published Aug 28, 2026 · Updated Aug 28, 2026
Code injection in IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.11.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary Python through a public A2A endpoint. The A2A JSON-RPC execution path omits validate_public_flow_no_code_execution, so an agent flow's stored Python runs in the backend process. Exploitation requires A2A to be enabled and an auth_type=none agent flow to be published; successful code runs with the server process's privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=1.0.0 <=1.11.1
