Credential disclosure via unchecked destination namespace

Incorrect authorization in IBM Instana Agent Operator Build 1.0.303 through 1.0.323 allows remote authenticated users to read etcd mTLS credentials. Missing destination-namespace validation lets the operator copy the openshift-etcd client certificate and private key into an attacker-controlled namespace. Access requires authenticated cluster permissions sufficient to select the destination namespace, and the disclosed credentials grant access to protected etcd metrics.
