Local command execution via shell-interpolated PDF paths

Command injection in MIMIC Lab mcp-pdf-vision 1.1.0 allows local users to execute shell commands through crafted PDF tool inputs. The extractPage path interpolates caller-controlled pdfPath and sessionId values into a pdftoppm command string and passes it to child_process.exec. Access to invoke the local MCP tools is required; injected commands run with the MCP server process's operating-system privileges.
