Local file access via unchecked path joining

Path traversal in Hulupeep UI-Probe 0.1 and 0.2.0 allows local users to read, delete, or write files via MCP tool arguments. JourneyStorage.ts and usageTracker.ts pass caller-controlled journeyId and filename values to path.join, then access the resulting paths without verifying containment beneath their configured storage directories. Reachability requires local access sufficient to invoke the affected MCP tools; traversal exposes files accessible to the UI-Probe process to unauthorized reading, deletion, or overwrite.
