Local secret disclosure via default login shells

Information disclosure in Data Intelligence Lab @ HKU nanobot 0.2.0 through 0.2.1 allows local users to read secrets from shell profiles. ExecTool._prepare_command defaults omitted login arguments to true while _build_env forwards HOME, so bash or zsh reloads profile exports into the reduced child environment. Reachability requires an accepted exec tool call on a Unix-like host using bash or zsh, and disclosure is bounded to secrets available to the nanobot OS account.
