Verifier crash via unbounded ELAM recursion

Uncontrolled recursion in Google Go-Attestation 0.6.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash verifier applications with crafted logs. The (*WinEvents).readELAMAggregation function recursively parses each nested elamAggregation sub-event without a depth limit, while recursive paths bypass the size guard. A network-reachable verifier must parse a malicious Windows TPM event log; stack exhaustion then terminates the entire process with an unrecoverable runtime error.
