CVE-2026-19195Public exploit

Local registry manipulation via unrestricted driver IOCTL

Published Aug 7, 2026 · Updated Aug 7, 2026

Improper access control in Jingyun Antivirus 2.4.2.39 allows local users to read, write, or delete arbitrary Windows registry keys. ZyArk.sys grants Everyone full access to its device, and IOCTL 0x226AF0 performs caller-supplied registry operations as SYSTEM without authenticating the caller. A low-privileged Windows account can reach the loaded driver and alter protected security policy, including disabling Windows Defender.
