Sandboxed code execution via Skia use-after-free
Published Aug 6, 2026 · Updated Aug 6, 2026
Use after free in Skia in Google Chrome before 151.0.7922.109 allows remote attackers to execute sandboxed code via crafted HTML. The restricted Chromium issue leaves the freed object and the lifetime operation that later reuses it publicly undisclosed. Exploitation requires prior compromise of the renderer process, and the resulting arbitrary code remains inside Chrome's sandbox.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
