Stored XSS via unescaped tweet_title shortcode attribute

Stored XSS in the TwitterFeeds shortcode in Viavi Webtech Twitter Feeds 1.0.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts. The shortcode handler accepts the tweet_title attribute without sufficient input sanitization and emits it without adequate output escaping. Contributor-level access is required, and the injected script executes in a visitor's browser whenever the affected page is opened.
